Job summary

Plane is hiring its first dedicated GTM engineering role. You will own outbound end-to-end, from ICP definition to reply routing, with a focus on trigger-based plays and deliverability across multiple deployment models.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to drive qualified meetings and pipeline. The role requires building agents, integrating LLM providers, and maintaining data integrity at scale, while working with a team that values auditable actions and customer-centric

Qualifications

• Experience running cold outbound that produced pipeline.
• Enrichment waterfalls and provider fallbacks experience.
• Ability to connect systems via APIs, SQL and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound end-to-end and carry pipeline from cold to qualified meetings.
• Turn signals into trigger-based plays using data like GitHub activity, Docker pulls, and community signals.
• Segment buyers by deployment motion and security reviews.
• Own sender reputation across domains including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and list hygiene.
• Integrate AI models and agents into the stack to support outbound workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering on messaging, offers and telemetry.
• Maintain and prune data quality, adjust sequences, and optimize performance.
