HeyOz is seeking a GTM Operator to own and build our outbound engine from the ground up. You will design multi-channel outreach, automate lead sourcing, and implement AI-powered personalization at scale.

From configuring a CRM (Apollo/HubSpot) to building data pipelines and leveraging AI tools, you will turn zero-to-one ideas into repeatable systems that drive growth across a remote, global team. This is a flexible, impact-driven role with clear targets and the autonomy to define your workflow

Formación

• Automation pipelines for outreach, data ingestion, or workflow orchestration.
• Worked with LLMs in production and created prompt workflows.
• Set up outbound systems from scratch, including CRM configuration and sequencing logic.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run multi-channel cold outreach with AI-assisted personalization.
• Build and manage a CRM from scratch with lead tracking and reporting.
• Research and segment leads across founders, growth marketers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Build automated nurturing workflows moving leads from cold to conversion.
• Use AI calling or voice agents to automate outbound conversations where applicable.
• Leverage ad intelligence signals to identify high-fit prospects at scale.
• Build data pipelines to enrich leads with signals from LinkedIn and ad libraries.
