Fractional Demand is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the hands-on execution side of client engagements. You’ll be embedded across 5–7 clients, turning whiteboard conversations about pipeline problems into live systems by Friday.

You’ll work with Clay, HubSpot, Apify, and other tools to automate, enrich, and optimize GTM workflows, building end-to-end pipelines, dashboards, and data hygiene processes. If you can think in systems and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, this role

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Engineering in a B2B environment.
• Deep knowledge of Clay, API/webhooks, and HubSpot.
• Ability to own HubSpot end-to-end: properties, workflows, pipelines, reports, integrations.
• Think in systems and manage 2–3 client accounts independently.

Responsabilités

• Embed across 5–7 clients, run full build cycle from audit to automation.
• Build Clay tables: ICP scoring, enrichment, signal stacking.
• Connect Clay to HubSpot, Slack, and outbound tools with clean mapping.
• Design lifecycle stages, lead routing rules, and pipeline workflows.
• Build full-funnel dashboards and data hygiene workflows.
• Automate pre-meeting research briefs and Slack alerts.
