Speechify SIMBA is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build outbound infrastructure, enrichment pipelines, and AI-powered personalization at scale. You’ll own the tech stack from CRM to sequencing, and implement automation to increase pipeline and meetings booked, partnering with the Sales team.

You’ll measure funnel performance, optimize messaging timing, and drive quantitative outcomes across multi-language AI outreach.

• Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch.
• Deep familiarity with GTM tech stacks and data-driven metrics.
• Experience integrating CRM and automation tools in GTM workflows.

• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure at scale.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and data glue.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics to optimize meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make.
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tools and advise on build vs buy.
