Job summary

InstaLILY is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run the engine that drives growth—outbound experiments, ICP targeting, signal detection, and the data and AI systems underneath them. You’re technical enough to build the machine and commercial enough to run it.

0–3 years of experience with a strong technical foundation. You’ll design outbound plays, validate CRM imports, extend AI workflows, and own ICP scoring, enrichment pipelines, dashboards, and the prospecting stack.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in growth, outbound, RevOps, or GTM-adjacent role or technical background applied to revenue.
• Proficient with SQL and at least one scripting language and APIs to build without engineering help.
• Experience with GTM tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and iterate outbound experiments across ICPs, signals, channels, and sequencing.
• Build ICP scoring models and intent-signal pipelines to focus on high-converting accounts.
• Own the prospecting and enrichment stack and integrate it into the CRM.
• Create automations and scripts to keep CRM clean and trustworthy.
