Job summary

Pogo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering to build AI-powered revenue systems. You will ship production-ready AI workflows that accelerate pipeline and conversion while guiding internal tools strategy.

You will embed with GTM teams to turn best practices into scalable, automated systems, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to advance our enterprise AI SaaS product.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering, with GTM, growth, or revenue systems exposure.
• You are a heavy user of AI tools and have shipped non-trivial projects with them.
• Experience building with LLMs and AI agents (RAG, evals, tool use, prompt engineering).
• You are hands-on with modern GTM stacks and can navigate APIs and integrations fluently.
• You have strong product and design taste; internal tools should feel polished.
• You think in systems and automate messy problems.
• You have commercial instinct to read dashboards and identify leverage.
• You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You've built and maintained production systems used by real users.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows that scale growth and sales motions.
• Audit GTM stack, identify gaps and redundancies, and ship quickly.
• Embed with sales and growth teams to scale plays across the org.
• Build internal tools and agents to replace manual workflows.
• Balance when to use off-the-shelf tools vs. custom builds.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to test features and validate AI capabilities.
• Publish playbooks and internal guides to propagate wins.
