Pogo is hiring the first GTM Engineer to partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering to build AI-powered systems that scale revenue. You will ship code and operate workflows that drive pipeline and conversions.

You’ll audit the GTM stack, embed with sales and growth teams, build internal tools, and publish playbooks. If you love turning messy problems into automated, scalable solutions, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience with GTM/revenue systems
• Experience shipping AI-driven workflows
• Hands-on with modern GTM stack and integrations
• Experience building production systems used by internal users
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Ship AI-powered workflows that scale growth and sales motions
• Audit GTM stack, identify gaps, start shipping quickly
• Embed with sales and growth teams to turn plays into scalable systems
• Build internal tools and agents that automate workflows
• Know when to use off-the-shelf tools vs custom builds
• Partner with engineering and design to test features and gather feedback
• Publish playbooks and internal guides for rapid adoption
