Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth engineering, RevOps, or a technical marketing/sales ops role tied to pipeline or revenue.
• Strong fluency in a programming language with hands-on production code experience.
• Applied ML experience: built, trained and maintained a model in production.

Responsibilities

• Own models for predicting account metrics and revenue signals with retraining as data shifts.
• Run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, voicemail) with end-to-end code: routing, retries, dedup, deliverability.
• Create personalization assets: landing pages and AI avatar video tracked end-to-end.
• Ground AI in real calls: leverage call intelligence for prep docs, follow-ups, scripts.
• Turn signals into prioritized tasks: categorize job changes, promotions, news, and clicks for reps.
