Avoca in New York City is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect data, systems, and growth infrastructure for outbound and growth teams. This role builds AI-powered workflows to scale personalized campaigns across thousands of accounts and sustains strong sending infrastructure and deliverability.

You’ll partner with Sales, RevOps, and SDRs to transform signals into pipeline, design data integrations, and ship internal tools that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• >3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth ops, outbound, or another technical GTM role in a B2B environment.
• >Track record of building outbound email programs that generated qualified pipeline.
• >Knowledge of outbound infrastructure and deliverability, including domain and inbox provisioning, authentication, warm-up, rotation, bounce management, and sender reputation.
• >Expertise building AI-powered workflows for research, segmentation, personalization or campaign execution.
• >Experience with workflows in Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Smartlead, or similar.
• >Strong API, webhook, data integrations, and SQL/Python/JavaScript knowledge.
• >Experience building and maintaining large account/contact datasets using multiple data providers.
• >Strong commercial judgment to turn data into growth systems that create pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and scale our autonomous outbound email engine end-to-end: from campaign strategy and execution to sending infrastructure, deliverability, measurement, and optimization.
• Build and ship AI agents and GTM workflows for prospect research, account prioritization, personalization or campaign execution; launch new agents regularly.
• Map and enrich Avoca’s total addressable market, building reliable account/contact data for campaigns.
• Identify, test, and activate buying signals that surface the right accounts and trigger outreach or rep actions.
• Create integrations, automations, and internal tools connecting data sources, CRM, and outbound platforms.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, and pipeline conversion.
• Evaluate GTM tech stack and decide what to buy, build or automate.
