Job summary

Valence is hiring an Associate, GTM in New York to act as the operational backbone of our growth engine. You will transform data and campaigns into scalable systems that drive measurable growth by coordinating across the full GTM tech stack to ship fast and learn even faster.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience post graduation in operations, analytics, or growth.
Experience with CRM tools and campaign operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage GTM operations workflows - including CRM enrichment, campaign execution, and reporting.
Build and automate sophisticated contact and account segmentation for ABM, events, and digital campaigns.
Deploy AI tools (like Clay) to orchestrate workflows, automate manual tasks, and drive smarter targeting and measurement.
Develop and track KPIs across channels to inform campaign performance and pipeline impact.
Develop repeatable processes and documentation that scale execution and enable tight cross-functional collaboration.
Surface insights from marketing and sales data to inform new experiments and continuous optimization.
