a1mobile is building the AI-native carrier for businesses. This NYC-based, fully remote role places you at the center of go-to-market execution, working with the NYC sales team and the SF group to launch from zero to traction.

As GTM Engineer, you will own the strategy, build the machine behind it, and measure results with dashboards and data. You’ll use AI tools to optimize outreach, lead scoring, and automation while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to create a full GTM strategy and ship campaigns.
• Strong initiative to act without direction.
• Experience with Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, and automation tools.
• Experience using LLMs in production workflows.
• Solid SQL skills and data cleanliness.
• Team player with open communication.
• Adaptability to a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Create and own GTM strategies for New York; define target neighborhoods, channels, messaging, and metrics.
• Spot growth levers, build, launch, and share results.
• Build automated prospecting and enrichment workflows for NYC.
• Own CRM setup, data model, and integrations.
• Create AI-powered workflows for outreach, lead scoring, routing, and follow-up.
• Build dashboards showing pipeline, conversion, and channel performance.
• Connect product usage data with sales and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with NYC sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce manual work.
