Job summary

Loadsmart in Chicago, IL is seeking a sharp, AI-fluent GTM Engineer to elevate outbound programs. You’ll design account strategy, build automation, and optimize sequences to drive pipeline, working RevOps-adjacent with sales. You’ll use Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and data enrichment tools to tighten win-rate and velocity. This exempt, hybrid role offers equity and strong compensation.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine plays, test hypotheses, and report results weekly.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of total RevOps, GTM engineering, SDR/sales ops, ABM, or demand gen with hands-on outbound build experience.
• Deep Salesforce expertise at the data-model level (Leads vs. Contacts, account hierarchy, campaign members, dedup rules, reporting).
• Proven experience building outbound agents that take action autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build account strategy with per-product ICP and scoring, tiering, territory splits, and account-value modeling.
• Develop and run agents, skills, and automated workflows for deduplication, enrichment, and personalized outreach.
• Analyze win/loss and Gong data to identify drop-off points and adapt strategy with leadership.
• Ensure target accounts have verified, role-tagged contacts for each product.
• Keep Salesforce clean with dedup, hierarchy, enrichment (ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator) and accurate source fields.
• Build, run, and maintain sequences in Salesloft with deliverability and A/B testing.
• Produce weekly SDR scorecards and propose changes with validated results.
• Introduce new tools and AI workflows to the team.
