Job summary

AwardSpring in Chicago is seeking a GTM Engineer to accelerate revenue by enabling sales and CS teams. You will design AI-native, resilient CRM-driven solutions, automating the top-of-funnel and pipeline processes while collaborating with RevOps and engineering to improve data integrity and outcomes.

You’ll work from our West Loop office, three days per week, with a strong emphasis on autonomous development, ownership, and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• You design resilient CRM systems and data models.
• Experience enabling sellers and CSMs with workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build top-of-funnel discovery, enrichment and outreach workflows that run autonomously.
• Make the CRM headless and maintain clean HubSpot records for sellers.
• Automate pipeline progression: lead scoring, routing, and MQL-to-SQL handoffs.
• Develop the Customer Success engine: account briefs, follow-ups, quotes, service orders.
• Identify day-to-day wins from transcripts, Slack, and data lakes.
• Ship daily; monitor impact and rollback quickly when needed.
• Fix issues the same business day when something breaks.
