The Global Talent Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to own and scale AI-powered growth workflows across our GTM stack. You’ll work directly with the founders to define how growth happens at the company and drive revenue from first touch to retention.

In this high-ownership role, you’ll architect systems, build AI agents and workflows, and expand them across the organization over time. You’ll integrate Salesforce and HubSpot and turn data into actionable signals.

Qualifications

• Built systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
• End-to-end mindset for scalable growth systems.
• Experience building workflows via APIs, automation tools, or light code.
• Comfort with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Move from idea to system to measurable impact quickly.
• High ownership and bias for action.
• Built internal tools or automations that became critical to growth.
• Familiar with AI agents or workflow automation.
• Understanding how sales, marketing, and product interact in practice.
• Enjoy working with founders at the core of the business.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel.
• Orchestrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system.
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, onboarding flows).
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them.
• Partner with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities.
