JeffreyM Consulting, LLC. is seeking a GTM Engineer to help build and scale its client-facing go-to-market services business in San Francisco or New York.

This hands-on role blends GTM strategy with technical execution, partnering with founders to design and optimize systems turning data, buying signals, AI tools, and automation into measurable pipeline and revenue. You will own engagements end-to-end, develop target customer profiles, build repeatable playbooks, and shape the service offerings

Qualifikationen

• Experience building or operating a business, agency, or side project with paying customers.
• Hands-on experience with GTM and AI tools and systems integration.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable GTM strategies and technical implementations.

Aufgaben

• Own client engagements end-to-end: lead kickoff meetings and manage delivery with founders and heads of growth.
• Develop ideal customer profiles from data and transcripts to identify high-value segments.
• Build targeted prospect lists using verified data and tiered criteria.
• Implement outbound infrastructure and automate workflows across platforms.
• Create signal-driven GTM workflows informed by buyer intent and engagement.
• Connect tools and APIs to create scalable, repeatable processes.
• Measure workflow performance and link decisions to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Productize repeatable implementations into templates and playbooks.
• Shape service design, tooling decisions, pricing, and operating model.
