Lever, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical GTM Engineer to own data, AI workflows, and operating processes that drive demand from targeting and lead creation through early-stage pipeline.

This hands-on builder role sits at the intersection of GTM Operations, analytics and GTM Engineering, establishing trusted reporting and governed AI-enabled workflows. You will turn funnel data into decisions, improve lead quality, speed, SDR productivity and ensure metric lineage with QA and governance across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Operations or Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills for data modeling, metrics and dashboards.
• Proven Salesforce proficiency across data modeling, automation and governance.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows with low-code tools and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesloft or Outreach.
• Ability to translate GTM policy into scalable field definitions, rules and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics foundation for the lead-to-opportunity funnel and dashboard architecture.
• Build reporting for funnel metrics, velocity, aging and penetration across channels.
• Design and operate production-ready AI workflows integrated with GTM systems.
• Define governance for data security, transparency and workflow monitoring.
• Lead lifecycle design: scoring, routing, qualification, and handoffs.
