Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical GTM Strategy and Operations Manager to own data, AI workflows, and operating processes from opportunity creation to renewal.

This hands-on role sits at the crossroads of GTM Operations, analytics and engineering, delivering trusted pipeline, forecast reporting and governance. The candidate will build governed AI-enabled workflows connected to Salesforce and Clari, drive data-quality governance, and partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or equivalent in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced analytics to design data models and dashboards for decision making.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency across data modelling, processes, automation and governance.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting processes and platforms (preferably Clari).
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows using low-code tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical foundation for pipeline through renewal, including data model and dashboard architecture.
• Build reporting for pipeline coverage, win rate, forecast accuracy and renewal risk.
• Deliver decision-ready pipeline and renewal narratives for leadership.
• Design and operate production-ready AI workflows for opportunity hygiene, forecast commentary and renewal signals.
• Own Salesforce opportunity lifecycle and forecasting operating model.
