a1mobile is building the AI-native carrier for businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking a GTM Engineer to shape the strategy, build the machine behind it, and own the results from go-to-market execution.

This hybrid role based in San Francisco requires hands-on engineering, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to remove manual work and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering, or a technical sales/marketing operations role.
• A track record of real execution at a startup from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Experience using LLMs in real production workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and a habit of keeping data clean.

Responsibilities

• Create and own entire GTM strategies: who we target, channels, messaging, and measurement.
• Take initiative to identify growth levers, build and launch them, and share results.
• Build automated prospecting and enrichment workflows to identify and prioritize small businesses.
• Own CRM setup, data model, and integrations.
• Create AI-powered workflows for outreach, lead scoring, routing, and follow-up.
