Job summary

Forus in New York is seeking an ambitious GTM Engineer to build AI-powered systems that enable growth across provider networks. This is a 0-to-1 role where you define what GTM Engineering means at the company and ship impactful automation without rapidly increasing headcount.

You will partner with growth teams to tackle provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, and rep productivity, choosing tools from Clay, n8n, LLMs, APIs or Python/JavaScript. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• Shipped internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.
• Built with code or AI-assisted development and moved data across systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents, and the judgment to know when they are reliable enough to put in front of a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn how our growth teams work and decide where AI and automation will move the numbers.
• Build systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and rep productivity.
• Connect our CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools into workflows no single platform could support.
• Take each project from prototype through rollout and training, and iterate on user feedback.
• Measure the accuracy, adoption, and business impact of what you ship.
