Job summary

Hone is hiring for a GTM Engineer to build engines that turn market signals and customer interactions into pipeline and revenue. You will own end-to-end systems—from data wiring to outbound outreach and inbound routing—working across CRM, APIs and analytics to optimize outcomes.

We seek 2+ years in GTM or growth engineering, with strong Python or TypeScript skills, and experience delivering real pipeline against targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical RevOps or software engineering, or equivalent depth
• Experience building GTM systems that drive real pipeline or revenue
• Strong fundamentals in Python or TypeScript, SQL, APIs and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own the systems turning market signals, product engagement and customer conversations into pipeline and revenue
• Build outbound engines that research accounts and generate relevant outreach across channels
• Engineer new Engine use cases: agents, integrations and workflows inside Hone
• Route and qualify inbound inquiries by connecting forms, email, CRM and calendars
• Manage data infrastructure across the GTM stack: identity resolution, enrichment and deduplication
• Experiment and measure signals, messages and channels from first touch to pipeline and revenue
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn internal builds into reusable capabilities
