Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a seasoned enablement leader to own Tier 1 product launch and overlay programs. You will craft scalable content, train GTM teams, and partner with Product SMEs to translate complex releases into clear, field-ready assets. You'll master analytics across internal tools, drive adoption, and align enablement with strategic product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Enablement.
• Technical sales experience (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect).
• Proven end-to-end enablement strategy for GTM audiences, from design to adoption.
• Able to operate in Ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; can influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Advanced product and market acumen; can advise on product positioning and competitive matters.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo GTM IP or similar multi-product GTM intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional enablement programs for Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, spotting issues early.
• Design engaging content strategies and formats (eLearning, demos, playbooks) for field teams.
• Partner with Product SMEs and Role Enablement to deliver live, segment-specific training.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate product enablement into existing motions.
• Translate product releases into compelling enablement content and learning experiences.
