Job summary

EliseAI in New York is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to lead the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of training for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will build onboarding programs for Account Executives and SDRs and measure their impact on ramp times and performance.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align training needs with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup.
Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week.
Comfortable in ambiguous environments and wearing many hats.
Bonus: previously a high performing SDR or AE with direct prospect engagement.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve enablement for the Sales team.
Develop onboarding programs for Account Executives and SDRs to reduce ramp time.
Partner with Sales and Product leadership to identify training needs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Create and manage a metrics framework and reporting to measure program impact on performance.
Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools like Outreach and Salesforce are used effectively.
Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to optimize case studies, demos, and competitive intel.
Create tests and certifications to ensure ongoing knowledge retention.
Monitor Sales calls to ensure adherence to scripts and SOPs and provide feedback.
Align Sales and Marketing cadences in Outreach with campaign objectives and calendars.
Help develop sales materials and one-pagers from Sales requirements and language.
