Miter is building a GTM Enablement function from the ground up in a fast-growing sales organization. You’ll own the end-to-end enablement program, design onboarding experiences, and deliver ongoing training on product, methodology, and competitive intelligence.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product to launch new solutions and ensure field teams stay razor-sharp in a dynamic market. We’re seeking an AI-savvy enablement leader with a track record of scaling sales teams,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• Experience owning an enablement platform and building certification paths.
• AI-native program delivery including role plays and scorecards.
• Hands-on with call recording platforms like Gong.
• Analytics linking enablement to outcomes: ramp, win rate, cohorts.
• Proven ability to enable high-performing sales teams.
• Nice to have experience guiding a sales org through significant change.

Responsibilities

• Own Sales Enablement end to end across acquisition, expansion, and channel partner teams.
• Build onboarding that shortens ramp for new hires.
• Run continuous training on product, methodology, tools, and competition.
• Commercialize new products and features with go-to-market alignment.
• Instrument what's working using data to inform leadership decisions.
• Manage the enablement technology stack and assess AI-driven platforms.
