Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to own how our customer-facing teams learn, apply, and win across sales, technical, and BDR motions. You will build the enablement operating system, measure success by ramp, deals progressed, and quota attainment, and partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, CS, and RevOps to stay ahead of market evolution.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling GTM or revenue enablement in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience enabling AEs, technical pre/post sale, and BDRs.
• Cybersecurity industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Fluency with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and value-based messaging.
• Metrics-driven leadership and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the enablement operating system across sales, technical, and BDR.
• Design onboarding and ramp programs to shorten time to productivity for AEs, SEs, TAMs, and BDRs.
• Run enablement with a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm.
