Job summary

Access Information Management seeks a Director of GTM Enablement who will design and run enablement programs across inside and field teams, build engaging content, and manage the enablement tech stack. This hands-on leader will partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate GTM priorities into practical training that drives real business results.

You will leverage AI, microlearning, playbooks, and KPI tracking to show ROI, shorten ramp times, improve win rates, and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience or similar revenue-generating role.
• Experience in enablement, training, or coaching sellers and client-facing teams.
• Working knowledge of solution selling methodology.
• Hands-on experience using AI/automation tools to build training content.
• Proven ability to create training that changes behavior.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed org.
• Project management experience with deadline-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enablement programs across sales, BDRs, presales, Client Care, Retention, and CSM.
• Build engaging training content: scenario-based practice, role-plays, microlearning, interactive formats.
• Use AI and automation to modernize content creation and coaching.
• Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, playbooks, CRM-linked tools) and ensure adoption.
• Partner with sales, retention, and marketing leadership to close skill gaps.
• Develop playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides reflecting real deals.
• Support launches with training and readiness plans; track ROI and impact.
