Job summary

Rozgoo is hiring a GTM Enablement Program Manager to own sales enablement strategy and performance across our Revenue organization (SMB, Mid-Market, and Upmarket). You will partner with Revenue Leadership to strengthen discovery, elevate deal strategy, and build consistent, high-quality sales execution across the funnel.

This role is not a traditional training position. You will design systems that drive behavior change through manager coaching, inspection, and clear performance signals,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales enablement or revenue operations.
• Experience with CRM and enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales enablement strategy across discovery, demo, and deal execution.
• Build manager coaching frameworks and ensure accountability across teams.
• Develop scalable programs to improve pipeline conversion and deal execution quality.
• Leverage Gong, Salesforce, and AI workflows to gain visibility into sales performance and trends.
• Define leading indicators and collaborate with leaders to drive accountability and impact.
