Job summary

Rozgoo seeks a Director of Revenue Excellence to design and operationalize a unified GTM system that links strategy to execution. You will drive enablement, AI-driven workflows, and stronger pipeline with RevOps and Marketing, blending design with hands-on building.

You’ll lead end-to-end GTM programs, partner with Sales leadership, and create repeatable processes that elevate field execution and measurable revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• This role requires building and scaling GTM systems across teams.
• Experience turning strategy into operational programs.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing and RevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize the GTM system from design through adoption.
• Build pipeline-generation signals across outbound, inbound, and campaigns.
• Own Revenue Enablement as a system driving behavior and revenue outcomes.
• Identify AI use cases across prospecting, coaching, and workflow automation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve pipeline and field execution.
