Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Program Manager, Product + GTM Enablement to build and scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, turning product launches into repeatable training and scalable systems across audiences.

The role partners with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps, focusing on end-to-end enablement programs in a fast-evolving product portfolio and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or GTM operations in tech.
• Strong organizational and PM skills with multiple launches.
• Instructional design experience with tangible training outputs.
• Strong writing to translate briefs into field-ready language.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product curriculum including eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, FAQs.
• Own launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, sessions, invites, follow-ups.
