Job summary

Oasis Security is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to build and scale enablement programs for our teams and partners. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement within cybersecurity or B2B tech environments.

As a key contributor, you'll design onboarding paths and maintain ongoing programs while collaborating closely with Product and Customer Success teams. Join us to drive our mission of redefining enterprise access management in the age of AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role within a cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech company.
• Proven experience building enablement programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale enablement programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Design onboarding paths and roll out role-based certification.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success for effective training.
