ZoomInfo Technologies LLC seeks an enablement leader to own Tier 1 launch enablement and grow enablement support for SC and Overlay teams. You will craft content strategies, partner with Product SMEs, and deliver live and on-demand training across GTM audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling GTM audiences with scalable programs.
• Ability to convert complex product details into clear enablement content.
• Proven track record of driving measurable behavioral change and results.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional enablement programs for Tier 1 product launches and updates.
• Design engaging content and live training for GTM audiences.
• Collaborate with Product SMEs and Enablement teams to land training at scale.
• Analyze data from internal tools to drive insights and improve adoption.
• Deliver live virtual trainings and create scalable playbooks and FAQs.
