Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a seasoned enablement leader to own Tier 1 product launch enablement from day one. You will craft content strategies, train across GTM audiences, and align with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to drive measurable adoption.

You’ll design scalable enablement using eLearning, demos, and field-ready resources, partnering with multiple product teams. This role offers a US base salary with additional compensation potential.

Qualifications

7+ years in revenue, sales, or product enablement strategy.
Experience owning enablement end-to-end for GTM audiences.
Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
A mix of product knowledge, market insight, and technical depth.

Responsibilities

Own Tier 1 launch enablement programs across product launches, updates, and releases.
Design learning content and strategies that drive adoption and retention.
Partner with product SMEs to turn complex info into engaging stories for GTM teams.
Build enablement content across formats: eLearning, demos, playbooks, FAQs.
Deliver live virtual training and mentor rollout across SC and Overlay audiences.
