You will partner with Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering to ensure timely deployments and tangible business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in onboarding, success, or PM within SaaS, with strong Salesforce and GTM experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in onboarding, success, GTM consulting, solutions implementation or PM.
• Strong understanding of B2B GTM strategies and revenue workflows.
• Consultative mindset translating challenges into actionable strategies and tech solutions.
• Hands-on ability to build, configure, and deploy solutions with strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding programs for a portfolio with defined goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead discovery to translate GTM objectives into onboarding strategies and use cases.
• Develop implementation strategies aligning objectives with ZoomInfo products and SLAs.
• Partner with customers to design, build, and deploy GTM solutions and workflows.
