Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior GTM Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding programs for a portfolio of customers, translating GTM objectives into actionable adoption plans. You will partner with Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering to design, deploy, and optimize GTM workflows that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, GTM consulting, or project management in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of B2B GTM strategies including sales, pipeline, and revenue workflows.
• Consultative mindset translating business challenges into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Hands-on to build, configure, and deploy GTM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding programs for a portfolio with defined goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify GTM objectives and translate insights into onboarding strategies.
• Develop and execute implementation plans aligning objectives with ZoomInfo capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers to design, build, and deploy GTM workflows.
• Define milestones, manage dependencies, and provide regular onboarding updates.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering for cohesive implementation.
• Balance multiple projects, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Advise customers on GTM best practices to drive sales/marketing value.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success with documented outcomes and milestones.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and identify value-accelerating opportunities.
