Juniper Square is seeking a builder to shape how our go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and improve. You will connect product capabilities, pricing changes, and market shifts to enable Customer Success and partner-facing teams with onboarding, content, and continuous learning.

Inside Revenue Operations, you will own GTM Enablement, set a vision for training, certify reps, and partner with Product Marketing to translate launches into develop materials.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering go-to-market enablement programs.
• Ability to translate product and pricing updates into training content.
• Strong collaboration with product marketing and product teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive AI-native enablement framework and certification.
• Lead onboarding, ramp, training, and continuous learning for GTM teams.
• Audit rep readiness and drive completion with GTM and RevOps.
• Design onboarding for new sellers achieving time-to-productivity benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product on launches and campaigns.
• Curate training content with SMEs and refine learning experiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps via GTM performance and feedback.
• Support frontline coaching by surfacing insights from call libraries.
• Manage and maintain learning systems.
