Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a GTM Onboarding Specialist to design and deliver onboarding for Sales, Customer Success, and related teams. You will create engaging learning paths, assessments, and facilitator guides, and lead Edmentum's quarterly in-person GTM New Hire Bootcamps, handling curriculum, content delivery, logistics, and evaluation.

You will collaborate with GTM, Product, HR, and RevOps to ensure content reflects current initiatives and product updates, while using LMS data to refine programs

Qualifications

• Experience designing onboarding or training programs in a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
• Ability to design structured learning paths, assessments, and certifications.
• Experience creating engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions.
• Proficiency with LMS or enablement platforms such as Highspot.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GTM onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and related teams.
• Create learning assets, paths, assessments, certifications, and facilitator guides.
• Plan and facilitate quarterly in-person GTM New Hire Bootcamps with agendas and logistics.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, HR, and RevOps to reflect current initiatives and workflows.
• Use data to refine onboarding and improve new-hire productivity.
• Serve as the primary onboarding liaison for new GTM hires and stakeholders.
