Job summary

Horizon3.ai in the United States (Chicago area) is seeking a GTM Onboarding Program Manager to own and scale the end-to-end onboarding and ramp for our go-to-market teams. You will manage onboarding quota carriers across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales, SDRs, and eventually Sales Engineers and Customer Success, reporting to Field Enablement and Global Onboarding Leader.

This role emphasizes repeatable learning journeys, role-based paths, and a monthly bootcamp.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or related field.
• Experience owning recurring onboarding programs.
• Strong program management with multiple streams and stakeholders.
• Operational/logistical skills for travel, venues, and events.
• Experience with LMS or learning technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM onboarding and ramp program from pre-boarding through 90 days.
• Design onboarding paths for Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sellers, SDRs, and future roles.
• Own and evolve the monthly GTM sales bootcamp (curriculum, certification, facilitation, logistics).
• Connect pre-work, bootcamp, onboarding, and ramp into a cohesive experience.
• Set learning objectives, certifications, readiness checkpoints, and success metrics.
• Equip managers with reinforcement plans, coaching resources, and visibility on learning outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, People, and SMEs.
• Create guides, materials, hubs, and repeatable playbooks.
