Job summary

Temporal is rapidly scaling its field organization and focuses on making every seller successful from day one. As a GTM Enablement Manager, you’ll lead live sessions for Account Executives and BDRs, delivering a curriculum with storytelling and practical practice.

In-person collaboration in Atlanta is preferred, with room to grow into broader field readiness. You’ll drive onboarding, workshops, and role plays, partnering with sales and enablement to ensure training sticks and evolves based on

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to engage large groups.
• 2+ years in a sales role (AE/BDR) or 5+ years delivering sales training/enablement.
• Credibility with humility; ability to earn trust and bring experts when needed.
• Coachable, team player; comfortable collaborating across the business.
• Builder who delivers; able to move fast and manage logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive training sessions for Account Executives and BDRs and other customer-facing roles.
• Own a defined slate of programs and a delivery calendar; adapt content with storytelling.
• Partner with the field (Atlanta and beyond) and bring feedback to the enablement team.
• Bring in experts (AE, SA, or product) to deepen sessions when needed.
• Close the loop by gathering feedback and simple indicators to iterate content.
• Handle scheduling, LMS updates, and content upkeep across sessions.
