Temporal Technologies is seeking a dynamic Enablement Trainer to scale our field programs in Atlanta and beyond. You will design and deliver live, interactive sessions for Account Executives and BDRs, focusing on practice over lecture and using real-world scenarios to drive retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role (AE or BDR/SDR management) and/or 5+ years delivering sales training or enablement.
• Natural facilitator who engages a room and holds attention for hours.
• Experience enabling BDR/SDR teams or sales teams at a comparable company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive training sessions for Account Executives and BDRs and other customer-facing roles.
• Own a defined slate of programs and a delivery calendar; adapt content with storytelling and real examples.
• Partner with field teams in Atlanta and beyond; gather feedback and drive iteration.
• Bring in product experts to deepen sessions when needed.
• Handle scheduling, LMS updates, and content upkeep; contribute to onboarding and broader field readiness.
