Job summary

FranConnect seeks an experienced Revenue Enablement leader to partner with the CRO and scale programs across the revenue organization. You will own onboarding, ongoing training, and a robust enablement function, building AI-enabled workflows and content that drive faster reps’ ramp, stronger messaging, and consistent field readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Strong command of MEDDICC and Challenger (value selling) and a track record of changing rep behavior.
• Hands-on with AI tools and comfortable building AI workflows for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, training, and content for new sellers, sales engineers, and marketing hires.
• Build and maintain the training library and certification checkpoints.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and ensure adoption across the revenue team.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging.
• Coach reps on live deals and translate insights into training and materials.
• Run the revenue operating rhythm with agendas, decision logs, and OKRs.
