Job summary

FranConnect in Herndon, VA is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales Enablement to partner with the CRO and scale the revenue organization through onboarding, training, and content creation. You will own onboarding, training programs, coaching on live deals, and the rollout of MEDDICC and value-selling methodologies, while building AI-enabled workflows to accelerate sales motion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations or revenue leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Strong command of MEDDICC and Challenger value selling.
• Proven ability to coach reps and change behavior with data.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding for sellers, sales engineers, and marketing hires with measurable ramp milestones.
• Build training library, certification checkpoints, and continuous learning cadence.
• Be the CRO’s strategic partner to keep pipeline moving and deals on track.
• Create and maintain proposals, pitch decks, discovery guides, and playbooks.
• Lead AI workflows and ensure documentation and standards for reliability.
• Coach reps on live deals and translate patterns into training within days.
