Lorikeet is building AI-powered support enablement at a fast-growing startup. The role focuses on training, onboarding, playbooks, and CRM operations to scale a GTM engine across sales and forward deployed teams.

You will own the enablement program end-to-end, including coaching, messaging, forecasting, and tooling, with a focus on speeding reps to productive performance and preserving data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building enablement programs from the ground up.
• Experience in B2B SaaS enablement or ops is ideal.
• Ability to run training sessions and build pipeline reports.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and training for GTM and Forward Deployed hires.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks for ICPs, personas, and discovery frameworks.
• Turn product launches and wins into enablement content and battlecards.
• Own CRM system hygiene and pipeline forecasting processes.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and develop dashboards for leadership.
• Manage GTM tool stack and integration decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer on AI-powered workflows (Claude Code).
• Spot patterns from win/loss data and feed insights back to product/marketing.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and comp plan mechanics.
