Job summary

Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is hiring a Principal GTM Enablement in our NYC area to own enablement across Sales and Customer Success. You will partner with senior leaders to translate performance priorities into learning plans, content, and coaching that help reps ramp faster and perform consistently.

This role is built to scale; you will lead initiatives from scoping to measurement and may broaden scope as the team grows.

Qualifications

5+ years in revenue enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience in a client-facing role (sales or CS).
Ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence.
Hands-on with AI tools, conversation intelligence, LMS platforms, and CRM data.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for large live learning environments.

Responsibilities

Drive enablement programs end-to-end across GTM teams aligned with goals.
Identify and own opportunities from scoping to delivery and measurement.
Manage relationships with senior Sales and CS stakeholders and report progress.
Build learning plans for new hires and ongoing development.
Create and deliver live and on-demand content including outlines, decks, and role plays.
Mentor teammates by sharing learnings and best practices.
Act as primary POC for product launches and change management.
