Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to own the tools and processes that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate GTM data across our revenue systems. This role will partner with Salesforce admins to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy, while owning integrations like Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize GTM data systems for Salesforce and related tools.
• Own day-to-day administration and strategy for Fleetio’s GTM data systems.
• Manage data enrichment strategies including firmographic and demographic data.
• Administer and optimize Clay and ZoomInfo enrichment, mapping, and data quality.
• Handle deduplication and data hygiene through RingLead.
• Manage routing logic in LeanData with cross-functional partners.
• Own GTM alerting and workflow automation across LeanData, Zapier, Slack and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Salesforce team to define data governance in Salesforce.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, maps, and test plans.
