Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to own day-to-day admin, automation, and data quality across our revenue tools. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and partners to modernize the GTM stack, co-administer CPQ with Deal Desk, and ensure smooth quote-to-cash workflows.

You should be comfortable in admin consoles and middleware, with a track record of implementing data mappings, integrations, and data integrity at month-end.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to map data, validate workflows, and perform data migrations.
• Experience building integrations across GTM stack using middleware.

Responsibilities

• Administer CRM objects, data model, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
• Lead data mapping, validation, and cutover activities in system modernization.
• Build integrations across GTM stack using Workato and native connectors.
• Co-administer CPQ with Deal Desk to keep quote-to-order flowing.
• Address revenue-blocking issues, especially at month/quarter ends.
• Ensure data quality with deduplication, enrichment, and routing integrity.
• Document builds and enable sales teams with rollout and adoption.
