Job summary

Oyster, a fully distributed global employment platform, is seeking a Business Manager for the GTM organization. You will partner with the CRO and VPs across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the GTM machine aligned, fast, and outcomes-driven.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, design operating rhythms, and translate strategy into executable plans, shaping communications and ensuring timely decisions across a fully distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or similar cross-functional operating role.
• Experience in tech go-to-market or revenue orgs is a strong plus.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Structured, data-informed problem-solving with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a GTM plan with OKRs and initiatives; drive focus across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Run regular GTM leadership cadences, track progress, and ensure accountability.
• Design and operate the rhythm of the GTM org: leadership meetings, reviews, planning cycles, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Own strategic internal communication for GTM; translate priorities into clear messages and feedback loops.
• Lead cross-functional growth projects end-to-end, scoping, resourcing, and delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, CX, and People to land dependencies and drive faster execution.
