Job summary

Wordbricks, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a GTM Operations lead to own the systems and processes behind our go-to-market motion. You’ll ensure clean data, sharp reporting, and tooling that removes friction.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product on launches and campaigns; own pipeline data quality and leadership-facing reporting; identify bottlenecks and automate workflows to improve funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations or similar role.
• Strong grasp of CRM and modern GTM tooling.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn messy data into useful reporting.
• A systems thinker who automates repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GTM systems and workflows from CRM hygiene to lead routing and reporting.
• Own pipeline data quality and the leadership-facing reporting.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product on launches, campaigns, and experiments.
• Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and fix them with better processes or automation.
