Job summary

Levanta, a creator affiliate platform, is hiring a GTM Engineer to optimize outbound systems, automation, and revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You will design and implement enrichment pipelines, ICP scoring, and personalized copy to boost engagement and conversions.

The role requires hands‑on experience with API integrations, HubSpot, and no‑code/low‑code automation. You will collaborate with AEs/SDRs to close gaps and drive measurable pipeline influence.

Qualifications

• Portfolio available for review and demonstrated hands‑on ability during interview.
• Proven experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or a technical demand generation role.
• Hands‑on experience building data enrichment workflows and multi‑step automation in production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated lead generation systems, including enrichment pipelines and ICP scoring.
• Own email deliverability infrastructure: domain setup, warm-up, authentication, inbox rotation, monitoring.
• Design personalization and dynamic copy logic to drive reply rates and engagement.
• Build automated workflows connecting CRM, sequencers, data sources, and enrichment tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Identify and operationalize buying signals to trigger outbound at the right moment.
• Maintain HubSpot as the source of truth with clean data and functional workflows.
• Evaluate and pilot new AI and GTM tools and integrate effective ones into the stack.
• Own reporting on pipeline influenced by automated systems: meetings booked, sequences launched, lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Partner with AEs and SDRs to identify workflow gaps and automate manual work.
