Job summary

RingCentral in Denver is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the optimization and automation of our outbound pipeline generation engine and inbound lead optimization. You will build automated workflows, orchestrate data flows, and align sales strategy with scalable technical systems across 55 XDRs.

In the role, you will audit the GTM stack, ship sales plays, and set baseline reporting. You will help increase meeting set rates, generate incremental pipeline, and reduce rep workload through

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM systems, RevOps or SalesOps.
• Proficiency with Clay, Claude Code, n8n and Apollo or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, low‑code data transformation, lead scoring and CRM architecture.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipe Generation: run 20+ campaigns per quarter and optimize GTM tooling and workflows.
• Inbound Funnel Orchestration: automate lead capture, scoring, routing to reps or AI agents.
• Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards to track conversion, pipeline contribution and efficiency.
