ComplyAdvantage is building a GTM Systems and Applied AI team, inviting a founding GTM Engineer to own the pipeline-generation engine for sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing to our BD team. You will prototype AI-first workflows using Claude to move fast from concept to production, and you will not inherit a playbook.

You’ll connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Clay, implement field automations, and ship scalable AI-enabled processes that generate pipeline and improve data quality,

Formación

• Build end-to-end pipeline-generation systems including sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing and measurement.
• Source data via web scraping and search APIs to create lists not available off the shelf.
• Integrate systems with APIs and webhooks; use automation tools to connect workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Source market accounts and contacts missing from data vendors.
• Own enrichment stack: waterfalls, data sources, cost logic, quality monitoring, and write-back to Salesforce.
• Design and maintain account scoring models with defensible weightings.
• Build signal-based outbound and evergreen plays to reduce manual handoffs.
• Ship integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay and data sources; deploy reliable automations.
