Job summary

Alloy.ai is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run automation that drives qualified pipeline for consumer brands. You will own data flows, integrations, and AI-driven go-to-market tooling, generating measurable outcomes across inbound and outbound channels.

You bring a technical foundation with 1–5 years of coding in Python or TypeScript, experience integrating third‑party APIs, and comfort working with Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a hands-on builder role in a fast-paced AI-first company.

Qualifications

• You have an engineering, data, or quantitative background with 1–5 years of experience.
• 1+ years writing production code in Python or TypeScript with API integrations and retries.
• Fluent with agent harnesses like Claude Code, Antigravity or Codex.
• You have automated someone else's workflow and can describe the before/after.
• Evidence of self-directed building and commercial curiosity.
• You explain technical work clearly to Sales/Marketing and are measured on pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Inbound automation: qualify and respond to inquiries with a human handoff for good fits.
• Outbound automation: signal-based email campaigns, enrichment, sequencing, and testing.
• Sales enablement: deliver prioritized call lists and route campaign replies.
• Systems: build integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
